Asked often, answered straight.
18 questions in four groups, answered the way we would want them answered: with numbers. Every figure matches the catalog and the legal pages — if you spot a contradiction, tell us and we fix the page, not the wording.
Ordering & payment
The balance model, coins, bonuses, and how fast you get hardware.
How do payments work here?
Prepaid balance. You top up between $30.00 and $5,000.00 in crypto, we credit a USD balance, and servers are paid by debiting it. Crypto invoices exist solely for top-ups — buying a server never generates one, and there is no card or billing profile to keep on file.
Which cryptocurrencies can I top up with?
21 coins and network variants. Monero and Bitcoin are first-class; the grid also covers Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Toncoin and more, plus Tether on ERC-20, BEP-20, Solana, TRC-20 and USD Coin on Base and ERC-20. The full list is shown at top-up.
Is there a top-up bonus?
Yes, from $100.00 upward. The schedule runs from +$25.00 on a $100.00 top-up to +$2,000.00 on $2,000.00, interpolated linearly between the published anchors and credited together with the top-up. Below $100.00 there is no bonus.
How fast will my server be online?
VPS: within 15 min of the balance debit, fully automated. Dedicated: 2–12 h for hardware checks and handover. Both timers start at purchase, not at ticket triage.
Do I need an account before I can pay?
Yes, but it is one field heavier than no account at all: a handle (any pseudonym) and a password, creatable inline during checkout. No email verification, no waiting. The account exists so a balance has somewhere to live.
Privacy
What exists on our disks — and what can never appear there.
What do you require at sign-up?
A handle and a password — that is the entire form. The handle can be a pseudonym; an email works too but is never verified and never mailed. The full list of what we never ask — name, ID, address, phone, card — is on the no-KYC policy page, next to the complete inventory of what we do hold.
Do you log IP addresses?
Honestly: yes, in two places. nginx access logs hold connecting IPs for debugging and abuse triage and are rotated away after 14 days. Order records keep the IP that created them. If that matters to your threat model, connect over VPN or Tor — checkout and the panel work fine through both.
I lost my password. Can you email me a reset?
No — there is no email infrastructure to send it with. At registration you received 8 recovery codes; any unused one resets the password from the sign-in dialog. If both the password and all codes are gone, the account is unrecoverable. We accept losing the occasional support case to keep resets unphishable.
What can you produce if legally compelled?
Only what exists: the handle, an argon2id password hash, the balance and its ledger, order specifications, and at most 14 days of access logs. No name, address, phone or card is on file to hand over. We answer valid legal process from the jurisdiction the hardware sits in — see locations for each region's posture.
Technical
Virtualization, operating systems, mitigation, addresses, backups.
What is the virtualization and hardware?
VPS are KVM with dedicated resources on AMD EPYC 9354 · 3.8 GHz hosts, DDR5 ECC memory and NVMe RAID-1 storage. Dedicated machines range from a Ryzen 5 7600 to a 2× EPYC 9554. Every server includes 1× IPv4 + /64 IPv6 with rDNS control.
Which operating systems are available?
Debian 13, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, AlmaLinux 9, Rocky Linux 9, FreeBSD 14, Windows Server 2022. Windows Server 2022 requires the licence add-on at $8.50/mo and at least 8 GB RAM on VPS plans. If you need something else, ask through the contact form before ordering.
Is DDoS protection included?
Always-on L3/L4 mitigation up to 1.5 Tbps upstream is included with every VPS and dedicated server — no add-on needed. Application-layer floods are a different problem: the optional L7 shield is $10.50/mo. Scope and limits are spelled out on the DDoS protection page.
Can I add more IPv4 addresses?
Up to 4 additional IPv4 at $2.00/mo each, selected in the configurator; each comes with rDNS control. IPv6 is already generous — every server has a /64 block.
Do you keep backups of my server?
Only if you ask: the daily encrypted backups add-on ($3.50/mo, VPS only) stores snapshots off-host. Without it, your data exists in exactly one place — RAID protects against a dead disk, not a deleted file. VPS also support manual snapshots, but those live on the same host and are not a backup. Dedicated customers manage their own strategy.
Billing & SLA
Refunds, uptime credits, periods, and regional pricing.
What is the refund policy?
Unused balance is refundable in crypto within 30 days of the top-up that funded it, minus network fees, paid to an address you control. Time already consumed on a server is not refunded. Request it from the panel's support section.
What does the 99.9% SLA actually pay out?
Below 99.9% monthly uptime you claim service credits of 10%, 25% or 50% of the affected server's monthly fee, depending on how far uptime fell. Credits are claimed through the panel; the exact bands and exclusions — scheduled maintenance among them — are in the SLA.
What billing periods exist, and do longer terms save money?
1, 3, 6 or 12 months, prepaid from balance. Longer terms discount the whole period: 3 months −10% · 6 months −15% · 12 months −20%. The discount is the period's, so it applies at purchase and at renewal alike.
Do prices change by location?
Yes — each region carries a price modifier: Bucharest and Amsterdam are baseline; Zurich +25%, Reykjavik +20%, Kuala Lumpur +10%, Panama City +30%. Base prices start at $8.00/mo for VPS and $66.00/mo for dedicated; every location page shows its adjusted table.
