What we never collect
Most hosts gather identity first and think about protecting it later. We skip step one. None of the following exists anywhere in our systems:
- No legal name. A handle is enough — pseudonyms welcome.
- No ID documents. Nothing to scan, upload or “verify”.
- No postal address. Servers don’t need a billing address.
- No phone number. No SMS codes, no callback checks.
- No card or bank details. Crypto only, by policy and by architecture.
- No verified email. Recovery codes replace the reset-mail loop.
What we do hold: your handle (account files are keyed by a SHA-1 hash of it), an argon2id password hash, your balance, order specs, and access logs rotated after 14 days. The complete inventory is on the no-KYC page.

Do I need to verify my identity to deploy a server?
No. An account is a handle and a password — the handle can be a pseudonym. We never ask for a name, ID document, address or phone number, and there is no email-verification step. The full inventory of what we hold is on the no-KYC page.
How does payment work?
Everything runs on a prepaid balance. Top up with crypto ($30.00 minimum, $5,000.00 per top-up), then deploy servers against that balance. There is no per-order checkout, no card rail, and no payment processor holding your details.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
7 currencies — BTC, XMR + 5 more — with Monero first-class. Stablecoins are accepted on several networks. You pick the coin on the top-up invoice.
How fast is provisioning?
VPS plans are automated and land in your panel within 15 min of purchase. Dedicated servers are racked by hand and hand over in 2–12 h.
What is the refund policy?
Unused balance is refundable as crypto within 30 days of the top-up, minus network fees. Missed uptime earns pro-rated service credit against the 99.9% SLA — schedule in the SLA.
Does no-KYC mean no rules?
No. Spam, CSAM, malware command-and-control, phishing and DoS launching get you removed without refund — see the acceptable-use policy. We don’t need your identity to enforce it.
