These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the hosting services provided by ServPrivacy Networks (“ServPrivacy”, “we”, “us”). By ordering or using our services you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Services
We provide virtual private servers and dedicated servers in the offshore jurisdictions listed on our Locations page. Specifications, prices and terms are those shown on the relevant product page at the time of order. Provisioning begins after payment is confirmed on-chain.
2. Accounts & anonymity
We do not require identity verification. You provide an email address solely so we can deliver server credentials and support. You are responsible for keeping your order reference, order key and server credentials secure; we cannot recover an order key on your behalf.
3. Payment
Services are paid in cryptocurrency, in advance, for the billing term selected. The amount due is fixed when your invoice is generated. We do not store card or bank details. Renewals are billed at the same rate you originally signed up at — we do not apply renewal price increases.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and the laws of the jurisdiction in which your server is located. We may suspend or terminate services that violate the AUP, with or without notice depending on severity.
5. Refunds
New services carry a 7-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. Beyond that window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Availability
We target the uptime described in our Service Level Agreement. Scheduled maintenance is announced where practical.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding month. We are not liable for data loss; you are responsible for your own backups.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time; service runs until the end of your paid term. We may terminate for AUP violations or non-payment. On termination, server data is securely destroyed.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes take effect on posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
